Hi, I’m Silvia.

As a Las Vegas native, I’ve had the opportunity to watch this city grow into one of the most exciting places to live in the country. Being born and raised here has given me firsthand knowledge of the neighborhoods, communities, and lifestyles that make Southern Nevada such a unique place to call home.

I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and I spent a year studying abroad in France, an experience that strengthened my appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. I enjoy connecting with people from all backgrounds and helping them feel confident throughout their real estate journey.

For me, real estate is about more than buying or selling a property. Every move has a story behind it, whether it’s a growing family needing more space, a professional relocating for a new opportunity, an investor planning for the future, or someone simply ready for a new chapter. I believe understanding the “why” behind a move is just as important as finding the right property, and I strive to make the process feel exciting, informed, and enjoyable from start to finish.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me exploring Las Vegas’ restaurant scene, staying active, traveling, or attending a Golden Knights game. I love experiencing everything Southern Nevada has to offer, and that passion extends into helping my clients discover not just a home, but a neighborhood, lifestyle, and community that feels like the right fit for them.
